The staff were always on hand to assist me, offering their help with a smile and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. I truly felt pampered and well taken care of at Lalibela Game Reserve - Kichaka Lodge.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be more patient and understanding of our needs. Sometimes, they were a bit too eager and quick in their service, which can be overwhelming for us seniors.

The game drives were exceptional, with a knowledgeable warden guiding us and the same group of guests joining us each time. our stay at lalibela game reserve - kichaka lodge in paterson was beyond amazing. the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel like royalty. the game drives with ben were a highlight, and we loved the hot water bottles provided. the lodge itself was elegant, comfortable, and offered a picturesque view of the animals watering hole.

Service in the bar and restaurant could be improved.

The safari experience was unbelievable! We got to see all the big five animals and more, it was truly amazing. the reserve was huge, and we had the opportunity to drive around for hours without feeling restricted. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife. Another advantage was the professionalism and kindness of the staff, they made us feel like we were in paradise.

My only criticism would be the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet. It could have been a bit more diverse to cater to different tastes.

From searching for cheetahs to ensuring we saw all the animals, he went the extra mile. This was the perfect honeymoon getaway, and I can't thank the staff enough.
